Phil was raised in Euclid, Ohio. He attended Catholic Elementary School and graduated from Euclid High School in 1965. He attended Kent State and Ohio State Universities. A Biloxi resident for 40 years, his interests include computing, yard work and spending free-time with his family. He strives to teach our people about the Roman Missal Third Edition while maintaining the musical values put forth by Vatican II and the USCCB document: "Sing to the Lord."
